Welcome to the website of the 5th Ranger Battalion!

We are a Realism Unit for the game Hell Let Loose. As a Realism Unit we conduct ourselves very differently from a clan. We operate the unit as closely as possible to how a real United States Army unit during World War II functioned. We utilize realistic ranks, a chain of command, we have a comprehensive training program, and there is a high emphasis on team play.

SUN, 31 AUGUST 2025: Ranger of the Month (August 2025)

It is with great pride that we announce Pfc. Konsi as our Ranger of the Month for August 2025!

This award isn't just for showing up; it's for stepping up, and Private Konsi has been the definition of a top performer. He was responsive and absolutely paramount to the success of our One Life Event on 29 AUG 2025. Beyond that mission, he's a constant force for good, always promoting the Ranger spirit within the unit.

You'll find him everywhere—a beacon of positive energy and a true role model. He's a Ranger who's always active and always ready to seed the server, rally the troops, and get the ball rolling. His natural leadership qualities shine through in everything he does, and his willingness to take charge is what sets him apart, as recognized by his assignment to F/P1/S1 Assistant Section Leader.

Alongside the ROTM Citation he has been awarded the Soldier's Medal for consistently demonstrating the core princeples of being an effective all-round soldier during combat and non-combat situations.

The 5th Ranger Battalion is a stronger and more vibrant community because of players like Pfc. Konsi. Thanks for everything, Ranger. Keep that momentum going!
